AN ATKINS PROJECT.
commissioned to deliver public realm improvements to Brixton Town Centre. The role encompassed all aspects of the design including:
- Costing and assessment of adjacent work by others (Windrush Square by Gross Max).
- Analysis and design of the public realm.
- Technical advice on the location and types of crossings.
- Cost benefit analysis of undoing the vehicluar gyratory.
- Installation of granite setts in the busway.
- Removal of redundant telephone boxes
- Feature LED lighting design
