Scope
A three phased public realm improvement project spanning more than a decade. The project delivered incremental improvements in concert with adjacent site redevelopments by The Crown Estate, including multiple servicing regime changes (and the associated enabling works), best practice WSUD tree pits, bespoke innovative moveable street furniture and alfresco terrace design and delivery.

A comprehensive place making strategy involving all approvals and legal agreements, resulting in an ‘Urban Oasis’ off Regent Street that delivers high quality alfresco dining, office forecourts and bespoke street tree planting in a compact environment which includes multiple delivery points and loading requirements.
